Were you able to create a cache in previous versions, or have you never used it before? It just doesn't work with some setups, but it's strange if you were able to create one before.

I've had it on other websites on the same host in the past, so yeah it has worked

Interesting. I can't think of anything at all that changed between the versions that would cause something like that. I'm getting ready to roll up a new release, but if there's something that can fix this issue I'd love to do it. The cache is working perfectly for me on the test site.
The only possible thing I could think of is if the UNP URL is set wrong in the settings after the upgrade. Especially if it lacks the final slash.
