i have isntalled utopia news i think thats its really good but, i have uploaded my avatar but it wont show up on my news i have checked the templates but it just wont show up how do i fix this

I see that the news in your frame is using the script http://80.6.238.245/news.php as the news inclusion, however, that script is external from the news directory. I don't know what this extra news.php looks like, but apparently it just doesn't work. You'll have to include this file ( http://80.6.238.245/newsscript/news.php ) instead, and you will see that avatars do work there. If you want to use the blue background color, you can simply add that to this version of news.php.
